Do I need to book in advance?
We accept walk-in customers, but to ensure availability and your preferred time, we recommend booking at least 2–4 hours in advance, especially on weekends.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to complete your information form, enjoy a welcome tea, and relax before your treatment.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Yes. We offer gift vouchers by value or by service — a meaningful gift for your loved ones and friends.
Can pregnant women use your services?
Some treatments are suitable for expectant mothers after the first trimester. Please inform us in advance so our therapists can adjust the treatment to ensure maximum safety.
Do you offer home service?
Currently, we do not offer home services. All treatments are performed at our spa to ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
